The two apartments can be colleagued upon request.
Reservation and payement: to reserve, bank transfer the total fees of staying. No CC or electronic payement are available.
Cancellations made al least 10 (20) days before the beginning of the reserved period imply the refunding of 50% (100%) of the fees.
Location contract: a standard location contract will be signed once in Sungei, according to Italian laws related to “casa-vacanze” locations. A copy of the contract is available here.
Pets policy: Pets are welcome… if well trained! For free.

City tax: 1€ per night per person, according to 2019 resolution of “Comune di Castiglione Chiavarese”. Young people under 12 years are exempted. The total amount can be payed once in Sungei.
Cleaning service: apartments are cleaned once a week, towels and sheets are renewed. Writer’s apt: 40€; Artist’s apt: 30€.
Security deposit: € 150,00 are required at arrival, that can be reimbursed at departure.
“Survival” food kit: in order to allow our hosts to join us with no strict need of shopping food, apts are furnished with some minimal food to arrange a lunch (salt, oil, pasta, tomato sauce, sugar, tea, canned tuna, vegetables, fruits).
Smoking: not allowed in the apts.
Arrivals and departures: after 2pm, and before 10am, respectively. In order to allow us to receive our hosts at best, please communicate us the arrival time.
